Certifyrapp was built by an information security professional. Like most practitioners in this field, that meant holding certifications across multiple bodies — each with its own renewal cycle, CPE categories, required hours, and portal.
The available options were either updating five separate portals with the same information, maintaining a personal spreadsheet, or hoping nothing slipped through the cracks before an audit. None of those felt like the right answer.
What was missing was a single, personal record — something that wasn't built for HR departments or employer compliance tracking, but for the individual professional who just wants to know where they stand across everything they hold.

- An LMS or training marketplace
- An employer compliance or HR system
- A certification issuer or verifier
Privacy is a design principle, not a policy checkbox
Your certification records are personal career data. Certifyrapp doesn't sell it, share it with employers, or expose it through public profiles. You decide what to do with your own records.
This isn't a feature added to check a box — it's the reason the app was built for individuals instead of organizations.
