Subscription Billing

Certifyrapp Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe either monthly or yearly. Billing renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled.

Refund Window

Refund requests are eligible only within 14 days of the billing date. Payments are non-refundable after 14 days.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your dashboard under Manage Subscription. Cancellation sets your subscription to end at the close of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact [email protected] first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.
