1. Service Description

Certifyrapp is a certification and CPE tracking software tool for individual professionals. Certifyrapp is not affiliated with any certification body, issuer, or training provider. Certifyrapp does not make certification decisions and is not responsible for issuer approval, denial, suspension, or revocation outcomes.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

3. Subscription Terms

Certifyrapp offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription with monthly and annual options. Paid subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew at the selected billing interval until canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and paid access continues through the end of your current billing period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription directly in your dashboard using the Manage Subscription controls. Certifyrapp does not require cancellation by email and does not use hidden or multi-step cancellation flows.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of the billing date. All payments are non-refundable after 14 days from billing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Certifyrapp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your certifications will be maintained, renewed, or accepted by any certifying authority. We are not liable for missed deadlines, lapsed certifications, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
