Certifyrapp is your personal record before that step. You log activities once, keep your proof organized, and then submit to each portal with confidence. Think of it as the preparation layer, not the submission layer.
Certifyrapp is flexible by design — you can track any certification from any body by entering the name, renewal date, and required hours. It works well for (ISC)² certs (CISSP, CCSP, SSCP), CompTIA certs (Security+, CySA+, CASP+), ISACA certs (CISM, CISA, CRISC), EC-Council certs (CEH, CPENT), GIAC certs, and vendor certs like AWS, Microsoft, and Cisco. If you hold it, you can track it.
Spreadsheets can store data but they can't store files, send renewal reminders, visualize progress across multiple certs, or link training records to specific renewal cycles. Certifyrapp does all of that — and it's accessible anywhere without worrying about maintaining the right version of a file. That said, even official cert prep resources recommend keeping a spreadsheet before submitting to certifying body portals. Certifyrapp just does that job better.
Individuals only. Certifyrapp is explicitly not an HR compliance tool or workforce management system. Your data is yours — not visible to your employer, not tied to a company account, and not shared with anyone. It follows you between jobs.
The free plan is genuinely full-featured — renewal cycle tracking, training tracking, calendar export, automated renewal reminder emails, audit-ready PDF reports, and more are all included at no cost. Free just has lower ceilings: up to 10 certifications, up to 3 proof file uploads per certification or training, 10 AI document autofills per month, 10 Renewal Assistant checks and 5 public activity research actions per month, and 10 forwarded proof emails per month. Pro removes most ceilings and includes unlimited Renewal Assistant checks plus 25 public research actions per month. Public research is limited to 5 actions per day on every plan.
It can compare a saved or planned activity with one certification or your current certification portfolio, explain whether the activity likely counts, identify missing information, suggest supported groups, categories, and domains, explain likely caps or date-window issues, and recommend documentation to retain. If the activity details are thin, you can explicitly ask it to research public activity or provider pages. Public research establishes activity facts only; Certifyrapp's verified policy catalog remains the authority for certification rules. Suggestions are advisory and nothing is linked or classified until you review and confirm one certification at a time. Certifyrapp never submits to an issuer portal.
You can upload completion certificates, attendance records, receipts, or any other documentation you'd use to support a CPE/CEU claim. Free accounts get up to 3 files per certification or training. Pro accounts get up to 5. Files are stored securely in your private storage — only you can access them.
Renewal reminders are included on every plan, free or Pro. You set a reminder window (how far in advance you want to be notified) and a cadence (how often reminders repeat within that window, every 1–14 days). Reminders are sent by email and can be toggled on or off in your notification preferences.
Yes. There are no public profiles, no employer visibility, and your data is never sold. Certifyrapp uses Supabase for storage with row-level security — meaning only you can access your own records. Files are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account.
Yes. You can cancel directly from your dashboard — no email required, no multi-step flows. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of your current billing period. Certifyrapp uses Stripe for billing, and the cancellation is immediate and self-service.
No. Certifyrapp is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to (ISC)², CompTIA, ISACA, EC-Council, GIAC, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or any other certifying body or vendor. Always verify your renewal status directly with the relevant certifying body.
Your account and data remain intact when you cancel — your plan just reverts to free tier limits. If you want your data deleted, you can contact us and we will remove it.
